Ms. Patricia Felt, owner and President of Solutions 1, acquired twenty years
of hands on experience working for a variety of general and specialized contractors
before starting her own construction company. Ms. Felt has worked on numerous contracts sponsored by the Department of Defense including the Pentagon Renovation Project, Alterations Work Group, Team One, the Pentagon Navy Annex and the Defense Nuclear Agency. Ms Felt also has experience working for with non-governmental construction firms including companies specializing in environmental clean-up activities, and several specialty trade contracting companies.
Ms. Felt believes that whatever the size of the construction projects, they can be accomplished on time, within the budget scope, and with the highest level of quality, which explains why Solutions 1 has a reference list of 100% satisfied previous customers. This is the belief that is the corner stone of the company.
